November is Citrine Month!

Citrine is the modern and traditional birthstone for November, the astrological birthstone for Gemini and the planetary stone for Virgo. A member of the quartz family, citrine is thought to dissipate negative energy and be a source of joy and positive influence. The color ranges from lemon yellow to a deep reddish brown. The yellow color is the result of heating (whether natural which is much more rare or by human intervention). DYK? Ametrine is actually Amethyst, heated to turn yellow and then partially irradiated back to purple creating a half yellow, half purple stone.

Greetings all, happy Wednesday!  I just added a new stone to my store and I've already got watchers!  I launched auctions for two items featuring the beautiful new version of Mystic Topaz - Twilight Topaz.  A gorgeous orange color with flashes of pink and blue - a perfect addition to a fall wardrobe.  Topaz is the astrological and planetary birthstone for November and the twilight is a nice twist on the traditional yellow topaz November birthstone.  Feel free to stop by and see if there's some moonlight for you in my store.
